How Sprite Sheet works

Drop an animated or rigged GLB — the file never leaves this device — or pick one of your creations. Choose the animation clip, frames per clip, directions (1, 4, 8 or your own list of angles), cell size, padding and frames per row, then set the camera: orthographic or perspective, elevation, zoom, and whether the model sits centred or stands on the bottom edge. Add an outline, a transparent or solid background, studio or flat lighting, and crisp pixels for pixel art.

Render sheet draws one frame at a time on your graphics card — a few seconds for 32 frames at 256 px. Export the sheet PNG, an animated GIF, a zip of frames, sheet and atlas, or atlas data for Phaser, Pixi, Aseprite, Unity (CSV slices) or Godot (SpriteFrames). The renderer is free without an account; the optional Quick Sprites and Auto-Sprite wizards build and animate a character on the BitSoul3D Engine for credits.

Questions

Is the sprite sheet renderer free?

Yes. Rendering and every export run on your own graphics card with no account. Only the engine wizards (Quick Sprites and Auto-Sprite) use credits.

Which engines can use the sheet?

The sheet PNG comes with atlas data for Phaser, Pixi, Aseprite, Unity (CSV slices) and Godot (SpriteFrames .tres), plus an animated GIF and a zip of individual frames.

Where do I get a character with walk and run clips?

Rig one in the free Auto-Rig workspace and add motions in the Animation workspace, or start from a marketplace character that already ships rigged and animated.
