Single models are $4.99 (standard) or $10 (featured). If you only ever need one model, buy it on its own. If you need 3 or more a month, a membership is cheaper — Indie gives you 25 downloads for $12/mo (or $99/yr), versus $124.75 or more buying them individually.

Yes. Cancel from your account dashboard at any time — your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period (month or year), then drops back to Free. No lock-in, no cancellation fees.

No. Your monthly model downloads and your monthly AI Engine credits reset every month and don't roll over. We keep the allowance high enough that most members never hit the cap. Purchased AI Engine credit packs are different — those never expire.

AI Engine credits power the BitSoul3D Generation Engine — create 3D models from text or photos, generate concept images, auto-rig characters, add animations and apply AI textures. Every new free account starts with 25 credits, enough for one 3D generation. Every paid plan then includes a monthly allowance (Indie 100 · Pro 300 · Studio 800), and anyone can buy never-expiring credit packs on top.

A textured text-to-3D model is 20 credits, a photo-to-3D model is 30, AI texturing is 20 and the full character pipeline (model + rig + three animations) is about 75. So Pro's 300 monthly credits cover roughly 15 generations or 4 complete rigged and animated characters — every month, included in your plan.

Digital goods are final sale, with one exception: our fault guarantee. If a model or bundle you bought is corrupt, will not open, or is not the model shown on its product page, tell us within 30 days of purchase and we replace the file, or refund that purchase if we cannot. Change of mind is not covered, which is why every model shows a free 3D preview and its measured triangle count before you pay. Cancelling a plan stops all future billing instantly. Yes. Every paid plan — Indie, Pro and Studio — includes a royalty-free commercial license for the models you download while it is active, and that license for those files survives cancellation. An individual model purchase (from $4.99) includes the same commercial license. Free-account downloads are for personal projects, prototyping and evaluation only, with no commercial rights. Studio members can also download a PDF commercial license certificate.

Every catalogue model downloads as GLB (glTF binary), which imports into Unity, Unreal Engine 5, Godot 4 and Blender. OBJ and 3D-printable STL come with any purchase or paid plan; they carry geometry only, and the textures stay in the GLB. Catalogue models are not sold as FBX.
