Digital goods, plainly stated: all sales are final — with one exception that protects you.

If a file is broken or wrong, we fix it

If a model or bundle you bought is corrupt, will not open, or is not the model shown on its product page, tell us within 30 days of purchase. We will replace the file, or refund that purchase if we cannot. That is the whole guarantee, and we honour it.

What is not covered

• Change of mind, or buying the wrong model — every product page shows a free 3D preview and the measured triangle count before you pay.
• Files that work as shown but need optimisation for your engine — the triangle count is on the page for exactly this reason, and the free Topology workspace can reduce it.
• Subscription time already used.

How to claim

Reply to your purchase email, or write to support with the order email and the model name. A real person answers.

Download links are valid for 7 days and 3 downloads; a fresh link is re-issued free any time on request — your purchase never expires. See also Terms §1.4.
