or Upload, or enter a marketplace model ID
This tool relies on precise clicking and dragging, which is difficult on a phone. It works properly on a laptop or desktop.
Free in your browser · engine auto-rig optional (credits)
Upload a character as GLB or glTF — or enter a marketplace model ID, or try the sample character — choose Humanoid or Quadruped and the pose it stands in (T-pose, A-pose or arms down), and press Detect skeleton. Drag any joint dot that landed outside the body back inside — close is good enough — and use Mirror to copy one side to the other. Bind skin then computes the skin weights, so the mesh follows the bones.
Test the rig with the built-in poses, show the weights or the bones, and export a rigged GLB — all free, on your own hardware. Prefer to skip the manual steps? The BitSoul3D Engine auto-rig fits a production skeleton and skin weights for you (the creature type is detected with a free check); it uses credits and needs a free account. Either way, Send to Animate opens the rig in the Animation workspace.
Yes. Detecting the skeleton, adjusting the joints, binding the skin and exporting the rigged GLB all run in your browser without an account or credits. Only the optional engine auto-rig uses credits.
Humanoid and four-legged characters in GLB or glTF. Telling it the model's pose — T-pose, A-pose or arms down — helps it find the arms.
The export is a standard GLB with a skeleton and skin weights, which Unity, Unreal Engine 5, Godot and Blender import as a skinned mesh.
It relies on precise clicking and dragging, so use a laptop or desktop.
